Bree is the
office manager of both Epic Abstract and Epic Settlement. As a
licensed title insurance agent she is very knowledgeable and heads the
pre-closing department of Epic Settlement. Bree has been with Epic
for seven years and applies her professional demeanor, practical skills
and experience to all matters encountered.

post-closer for Epic Settlement Services, Inc. She brings with her 3-1/2
years experience from financial institutions. Her proficient and
professional manner provides a valuable asset to the Epic team.

Lisa is the owner of Epic Abstract Inc. and Epic Settlement
Services, Inc. She opened the businesses in April 1994, and has
more than 20 years experience in settlements, title insurance and
abstracting research. Lisa is a title insurance agent licensed
through the Pennsylvania Dept. of Insurance. She is also an
affiliate member of the Centre County Association of Realtors and a member
of the Nittany Valley Symphony Board of Directors.

 Tim
has been practicing law since 1983, and has always maintained a real
estate practice since admission to the bar. He is a graduate of
Ohio Northern College of Law and Syracuse University. Prior to law
school,
he worked as a real estate title examiner for Monroe Abstract and
the Hiscock-Barclay Law Offices in Syracuse, New York. Tim is a
valuable asset to Epic Settlement and applies his knowledge of title
and real estate law to provide the best possible service to our
clients.
