Requesting Our Services In most cases
your lender or realtor will send us all of the information
needed to search your property and complete the title work for
closing.
For a purchase
- with or without a realtor, we will need a
copy of the signed agreement of sale.
- if you are obtaining a mortgage, we will
need your lender's contact information as well as a copy of
the loan commitment letter.
For a refinance
- we will need a copy of the loan
commitment letter prior to setting up your file and
searching the property.
